French dining in Deganwy
A warm French restaurant in Deganwy, where country cooking, local seafood and good conversation have shared a table since 1988.
Since 1988
Paysanne was opened by Bob and Barbara Ross, whose love of simple provincial French cookery and independently sourced French wines shaped the restaurant from the beginning.
Today, their son Cai runs the front of house with head chef David Hughes. The welcome is relaxed, the food is lovingly prepared, and the room is made for lingering.
